Each print is paired with clear botanical notes, natural history, and bits of lore, creating an intimate portrait of the region’s remarkable coastal plants.

About The Author:

Karen Cairn Kreisel studied ornithology and forest ecology at the University of Montana and Eastern Washington University but never let her advanced degrees get in her way. A lifelong observer, she is drawn to the mysteries of the natural world and the beauty that is waiting for us to notice. She lives on the coast in Northern California, as well as in the mountains of Western Montana.
