Summary

Sea Ranch Impressions brings together more than one hundred black-and-white botanical ink prints of the plants of Sea Ranch and the Northern California coast. Each print is paired with clear botanical notes, natural history, and bits of lore, creating an intimate portrait of the region’s remarkable coastal plants.

I am the author:

I studied ornithology and forest ecology at the University of Montana and Eastern Washington University but I never let my advanced degrees get in my way. A lifelong observer, I am drawn to the mysteries of the natural world and the beauty that is waiting for us to notice. I live on the coast in Northern California, as well as in the mountains of Western Montana.
